How to delete your account

You can delete your PikaPika account from the app at any time.

Delete from the app

Open the Setting tabChoose "Setting" from the tabs at the bottom of the screen.
Tap "Account"
Tap "Account Deletion"A confirmation screen appears. Review it and confirm.

A deleted account cannot be restored. If you just want to move to a new phone, use Account Link instead of deleting your account.

What gets deleted

Deleted

Your account and sign-in information
Groups where you are the only member, including their chores, history and categories
Guest users you created

Kept

In groups with other members, the chores and history stay in the group so the others can keep using them

If you have a Pro subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Please cancel it in your store before deleting.

Reinstall the app, sign in, and follow the steps above.
